About CC

Humble Beginnings

I was born to a middle-class family. Even at a young age of 16 and being the eldest of the four children, I started working already. After school, I would go straight to the fast food chain and work so that I could support my studies.

While reflecting on the thought of why others are rich and our family is not, I had a chance of meeting my father's friend-a well-to-do Civil Engineer, which somehow helped me in my reflection about wealth and success. To be rich, I thought then, I had to be a Civil Engineer. So when I entered college, I remembered that impression and made that as my guiding principle. Thankfully after college, I earned that dream title of Civil Engineer. Little did I know that I would pursue another career, far from that dream I had during childhood.

From the brink of possibility to the path of infinite probability…
I have crossed that path and yes, you too can.

Living the Dream

In early 2000, I started my own business which surprisingly grew and flourished. I was able to share my passion to many. It was a dream fulfilled, a dream come true.

While growing my business, I underwent mentoring with Bob Proctor, one of the most sought after speakers for professional coaching, a Teacher in the wildly popular film, The Secret, and considered one of the living masters and teachers of the Law of Attraction. In 2006, I became one of Bob Proctor's certified Life Success Consultants.

A year later, I had the privilege of being one of the founding partners of The John Maxwell Team. As a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Teacher, and Speaker, I began offering my clients workshops, seminars, keynote speaking, and coaching, aiding personal and professional growth through study and practical application of John's proven leadership methods. Taking after the leadership guru himself, I have become highly committed and passionate in my coaching, empowering and connecting people by raising their level of awareness in life and business management.

Inspiring Others Through Coaching

I may be 4’10” tall but I am designed to make a DIFFERENCE and be one of the INSPIRATIONS to many. Last year, I was privileged to have been recognized by the Star Brand Philippines as 2012 Outstanding Filipino Achiever.

For the past six years, I have mentored thousands of people, as a certified Life & Business Coach, across the globe and empowered them to succeed in their businesses-by teaching and leading them to A LIFE OF ABUNDANT LIVING. To interact with more people worldwide, I share my personal thoughts in life and business through my published books.

From the testimonials and success stories I hear, I am pleased to know that my interaction with people are transformational and vice versa, I have found out that every interaction is also life changing for me.

My life journey has been an exciting ride of realizing dreams and achieving personal goals I have set for myself over the years-in my personal, family, career and spiritual life. Thanks to John Maxwell, I have gained much from his leadership principles.

Pay it Forward

Advocating the five principles for peace or purpose in life while I reach out to people, every day, I celebrate this wonderful life with my loving husband, Jay, and two beautiful daughters, Jaenna and Jayzee-traveling together, living and sharing our advocacy through inspirational speaking engagements about life in general (touching on life areas such as spiritual, relational, physical, social, and finance).

Paying it forward, I have the opportunity of sharing my blessings to less privileged children through the foundation I have started called Kaarawan Mo, Buhay Ko (Your Birthday, My Life) or KMBK Foundation. On my 40th birthday, life began for KMBK and it became a source of hope to 40 children.

In January 2013, I happily received the Ambassador for Peace award from the Universal Peace Federation. This recognition reinforces my purpose for being-that is living not just for myself but for the sake of other people.

Truly, there is no impossible dream. No matter what it is you want to achieve in life, it can be realized. Get it started and get it right-have the right perspective of things and figure out how you can achieve those short and long-term goals you can and will accomplish now.
